The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any relevant history. You are not expected to share everything at once—we will go at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you.

Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or wanting to better understand yourself. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit—many people come to therapy for support, clarity, or personal growth.

I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from modalities such as CBT, somatic experiencing, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I tailor therapy to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.

Trauma-informed therapy recognizes how past experiences can impact the nervous system, relationships, and sense of safety. Our work will focus on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel in control of the pace and process.

Somatic therapy includes awareness of the body and nervous system as part of the healing process. This might involve noticing physical sensations, patterns of tension, or stress responses. You are always in control of how much we incorporate this into our work.

No. We will move at your pace. Therapy does not require you to revisit difficult experiences before you feel ready. Building safety and stability comes first.

The base rate is $200, but reduced rates are available upon request. Additionally, I accept most common insurances. Reach out to learn more!

If I am out-of-network, I can provide documentation for possible reimbursement.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
Due to the nature of trauma-focused work, there is some wiggle room with this, just ask!
