You deserve therapy that feels collaborative, grounded, and attuned to your unique experience.

Together, we’ll work toward deeper understanding and meaningful change.

I aim to create a space that feels steady, collaborative, and respectful of your pace. Clients often describe our work as grounding, thoughtful, and gently challenging in a way that supports real change.

The Approach

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including somatic experiencing (SE), person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy (SFT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to what feels most helpful for you, your goals, and your nervous system.

Specialized Care

If you’ve felt stuck in patterns that don’t fully make sense, or like your body reacts before your mind can catch up, therapy can offer a different way forward.

I offer trauma-informed care with a focus on how experiences are held in the body and nervous system. Our work may include somatic awareness alongside cognitive and relational approaches, supporting change that feels more integrated and lasting.
